The head of the Medical Committee who happens to visit the hot springs resort while on duty. Chinatsu's problems don't stop even at the snowy hot springs resort—from ordering new medicine to the latest Hot Springs Development Department conspiracy. However, the scenery of the idyllic hot springs makes the weary Chinatsu a bit indolent.
