To simplify things, we have color coded the teams to help players keep track of the arrows shown below.
Yellow Arrow = Team 1 Piercing boss team
Red Arrow = Team 2 Explosive
Blue Arrow = Team 3 Explosive
Team 1: Start off by moving towards the teleport tile and use it.
Team 2: Move to the lower left tile.
Team 3: Move downwards towards the enemy below them.
Team 1: For turn 2, we want to start off by moving towards the tile on their left side. This activates the tile between teams 2 and 3.
Team 3: Then we want to move towards the newly spawned tile to the right.
Team 2: Swap positions with team 3 and go towards the lower right tile.
Team 1: Have team 1 return to the teleporter to their right to teleport back towards the starting area.
Team 2: Move right towards the activation tile.
Team 3: To wrap up turn 3, move upwards towards the new tile that team 2 has spawned.
Team 2: Start off turn 4 by moving towards the tile below.
Team 1: Swap positions with team 2 and move to the teleporter below, BUT DO NOT USE THE TELEPORTER THIS TURN.
Team 3: Move team 3 to the right teleporter and use it.
Team 2: Start off turn 5 by moving to the right to activate the tile towards the boss.
Team 3: Move to the tile on the right, beside the boss.
Team 1: Finally, use the teleport and swap positions with team 3. After this, move team 1 toward the boss.

Team building for stage 4 is similar to stage 2 of this event, in which team 1 will want to have a good mix of Piercing AoE and Single-Target damage dealers to deal with the boss and mobs. While teams 2 and 3 want to have Explosive damage dealers to deal with the rest of the enemies. Lastly, fill in the rest of the slots with tanks, healers, and general supports as you see fit.
