Nsir’s Summit Operational Plan Guide Part 2

SPOILER WARNING: THIS GUIDE ASSUMES THAT YOU HAVE READ UP TO AT LEAST THE FINAL VOLUME CHAPTER 2 EPISODE 20 AND/OR DO NOT CARE ABOUT SPOILERS. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Overview

All 5 bosses have been defeated! But what's this? It seems that the bosses have all resurrected while a new one joins the fray: Perorodzilla!

The situation is as follows:

The 5 Total Assault bosses that have spawned all over Kivotos have been defeated but are now restored to full HP. As is the case with the previous phase, their armor will be the same as the first time you fought them. Perorodzilla will also not have its usual Mystic armor and instead be vulnerable to Light (Red) damage.

To unlock Part 2 of the event, Senseis must first defeat every Total Assault boss's final battle from Part 1 at least once. Said final battles only become available after the entire server has downed the full total HP of the boss.

When doing the final battle of each boss, you will be unable to use your own students and instead be given a group of story-relevant students to use.

Not to worry, while not all of them are as effective in fighting the boss, you should still have more than enough time to kill it, especially since some of the battles give additional support students in the fight. Even then, if you time out, whatever damage you dealt to the boss sticks, so simply try and try again until you win.

Once you've finished all final battles, the second part automatically unlocks. Note that your remaining tickets from the first part carry over and do not refresh to full when you enter the second part

Mechanics

The bosses in this second part all function similarly to how they did with the first, though, there are a couple of addititions to the mode compared to before:

  • First, the elephant in the room, Perorodzilla is now available to fight as the guardian of the sixth sanctum.
  • All bosses have even more max HP overall. (not their battle HP, but the HP that shows up on the overworld.) This gives Senseis more time to plan out their attacks and to hit the boss that they want without fear of a boss dying too fast.
  • A new difficulty has been added: Insane. It functions similarly to Insane in normal Total Assault events, but of course with the twist that these bosses now have different armor.
  • Insane costs 20 tickets compared to every other difficulty, with a massive spike in rewards to compensate. However, like every other difficulty, forfeiting or losing a battle then re-entering it will only cost 1 ticket.

For Senseis who are able to do Insane and have the Pyroxenes to spare, they may consider buying additional tickets in the lobby menu to give them more hits against these bosses. That way, they can earn more rewards.

Notes

  • Chesed, Hod, and Perorodzilla are the notorious bosses to fight against on Insane. Chesed takes a very long time to get to with a very long gimmick to get over. Hod, like before, is seriously lacking in Mystic CC students, while Perorodzilla is extraordinarily tanky and wants specific students to counter its gimmicks. Of all these bosses, only Perorodzilla is practically impossible to kill in one attempt while more skilled Senseis may able to defeat Hod and Chesed with one try. Expect these 3 bosses to fall last, especially Hod.
  • It is highly recommended for Senseis to stick with Extreme if Insane is too difficult to attempt. There is no shame in attacking a lower difficulty boss, especially since the rewards are more important here. Repeated failed attempts on Insane may drain tickets that could be used to do Extreme runs instead.
  • (Repeated from Part 1) Binah drops Rohonc Codex materials, an Artifact many Senseis are lacking in. This, combined with how simple Binah's mechanics are despite the armor swap makes it a high priority target alongside Hieronymus.
  • (Repeated from Part 1) Hieronymus gives a lot elephs for characters that are only obtainable through gacha. This, combined with Mika dropping means that most people are prioritizing it first. It is recommended to target this boss early before it goes down if you are interested in the elephs.
  • (Repeated from Part 1) Senseis that have participated in previous events that gave Cherino elephs but don't have a Cherino of their own can choose to target Chesed to snag themselves enough elephs to claim Cherino for free. The past events would have given 100 Cherino elephs in total, so you would only need 20 to obtain her.
  • (Repeated from Part 1) The above also applies to Chihiro and Hod.

Good luck Senseis, we're more than halfway through this event.
