Overview
Hifumi (Swimsuit) is a 3* Permanent Piercing Special student who has mainly found usage as an AoE damage dealer. S.Hifumi’s main gimmick is being a Tactical Support student, which allows her to be summoned onto the field as a Special Student. She is also available to be farmed via Hard Stages, which makes her Unique Equipment 50 accessible to all players.
With her tank summoned on the field, she can deal large amounts of AoE damage, which can help clear out waves of enemies. However, the main issue comes in the EX Skill costing 10 skill points, which can make S.Hifumi hard to use and difficult to fit into a rotation.

No, while S.Hifumi can find usage in Chesed by dealing large amounts of AoE damage while soaking up damage from Turrets. The 10 cost tied to her EX Skill basically renders your team unable to do anything for 20-24 seconds, which makes it difficult to fit into a rotation. In addition to this, S.Hifumi can be farmed via hard stages, and there is no shortage of farmable alternatives for an AoE Piercing damage dealer.
