With the “Sweet Secrets Shootouts” rerun event coming to an end, we are once again greeted with 3 rerun banners, S.Azusa, S.Mashiro, and S.Hifumi. In this article, we will briefly go over S.Mashiro use case and if she is worth pulling for.
Overview
Mashiro (Swimsuit) is a Limited 3* Mystic Special student who can be used as a Single-Target damage dealer in both PvP and raids. Her EX Skill is unique as it applies a EVA debuff on an enemy before doing its damage, allowing you to effectively deal with EVA tanks.
As mentioned previously, S.Mashiro is more well known to be a PvP student with her ability to deal with EVA tanks with Special armor. This allows you to break through enemy tanks like Tsubaki, which would otherwise be difficult to take down. Outside of this, she can find some usage in a hyper carry team with her Basic Skill, increasing the Crit DMG of the ally with the highest ATK. However, since it is tied to a Basic Skill, you will have to adjust your skill timings to align buffs properly.

First and foremost, if Mashiro is your favorite student, then don't let this guide stop you from pulling her. As at the end of the day it is your game and account.
In general, No. Unless you plan to heavily invest in PvP, S.Mashiro doesn’t provide anything unique to your roster. As a hyper carry buffer, students such as Ako or Himari are easier to use and better options for this role. If you need a Mystic Single-Target damage dealer, there are farmable alternatives available such as Haruna.
