Should you pull for Natsu?

With the “Alabaster Calling Card” event coming to a close, we are once again greeted to a rerun event with 3 student banners namely, Natsu and Kazusa alongside a new student Reisa. In this article, we will briefly go over Natsu’s use case and whether she is worth pulling for.

Overview

Natsu is a returning Permanent 3* Mystic Striker student who is mainly used as a generalist tank with some utility built into her kit. Her skill set revolves around keeping herself alive by healing herself while also buffing the team's ATK with her Basic Skill.

For raids, Natsu has mainly found usage in Perorodzilla for her ability to cleanse the DEF debuff applied during the laser. In part of this, she can also be used to cleanse/heal the Curse applied in Hieronymus. Outside of this, Natsu can be used as a standard tank for other raids and general content.

Should you pull on this banner?

Now that we know what Natsu provides to the team, is she worth pulling for?
First and foremost, if Natsu  is your favorite student, then don't let this guide stop you from pulling her. As at the end of the day it is your game and account.

In general, No. The roles and utility that Natsu provides have farmable alternatives to them. For tanks, you have Hoshino and Tsubaki, who have self-healing built into their kit and can be farmed to Unique Equipment 50 via hard stages. For cleansing, Chinatsu is available in the Tactical Assault shop, while Mari will also be farmable in the future via hard stage 24. In addition to this, Reisa will also be having a rate-up banner with Natsu, who is generally a better pick-up as she can be used in Gregorius.
