With "D.U Shiratori City Restoration Project” coming to a close, we are greeted with 2 surprise banners unique to global: Shiroko (Cycling) and Azusa. In this article, we will briefly go over whether Shiroko (Cycling) is worth pulling for or saving for another banner.
Overview
Shiroko (Cycling) is a Permanent 3* Mystic Striker student that is mainly used as an ATK Debuffer. With an AoE 50% ATK debuff on her EX Skill at 4 cost, this can be a viable option if you wish to facetank through certain raid mechanics. However, do note that the duration of the debuff is only 10 seconds, so you’ll want to consider when to use her EX Skill.

Shiroko (Cycling) also has decent personal damage output with her Auto Attacks, allowing her to fill in a slot in case you need an extra Mystic student in the team. While she does fine at her base rarity (3*) as a debuffer, If you plan to use her as an Auto Attacker, it may be worth considering her UE40 for the additional Attack Speed on Enhanced+. Finally, she can also be used as a generic AoE student for general content and Joint Firing Drill, even at low investment.

Now that we know what Shiroko provides to the team, is she worth pulling for?
First and foremost, if Shiroko is your favorite student, then don't let us stop you from pulling her. As at the end of the day, it is your game and account.
In general, No. While Shiroko (Cycling) can fulfill multiple roles in a team, there are generally better alternatives available for those roles. Unfortunately, since New Year event rerun is also expected to rerun right after her banner. There will be several strong students who will have a banner, the most important being NY.Kayoko. If you are interested in picking up an AoE Mystic student, NY.Mutsuki is a Limited student, which means you can't grab her in an off-rate banner and overall stronger option.
