Tier List Update Changelog – Binah – September 23rd 2023

Table of Contents

With Binah coming back into rotation, we have decided to revisit the ratings for both Extreme and Insane. The changes include students that we have misevaluated or had no ratings as we did not know enough about their use case.

Extreme

Noa

Noa
Rating: S 🡺 SS

Similar to Akane, she applies a large DEF down on her EX Skill with a longer duration and a slightly more potent debuff.

Serina

Serina: A 🡺 S

Insane

Haruna (New Year)

Haruna (New Year)
Rating: SSS 🡺 SS

Can be used as a DEF debuffer on her Sub Skill; since the choice between S.Azusa and NY.Haruna mostly comes down to preference, as both of their debuffs come from Sub Skills.

Neru

Neru
Rating: S 🡺 SS
She was originally overlooked due to having better alternatives for her role and needing high investments to perform well. But her armor advantage matches up well with Binah, allowing her to find usage if you need multiple teams to clear the raid.

Azusa

Azusa
Rating: A 🡺 B

Unfortunately, Azusa’s DEF debuff conflicts with Maki, which makes it difficult to justify using her. In addition to this, she also has Heavy armor, which makes her susceptible to being one-shotted.

Junko

Junko: B 🡺 A

Noa

Noa
Rating: N/A 🡺 SSS

She applies a large DEF down on her EX Skill with a longer duration and a slightly more potent DEF debuff when compared to Akane. However, unlike Akane, she is unable to tank due to her armor type being Special, and her Elephs are not as readily available.

Kanna

Kanna
Rating: SS 🡺 SSS

Initially overlooked as there were usually better alternatives for the Special slot, such as Ako, Himari, and NY.Fuuka. However, her damage output has proven to be strong enough to contend for a Special slot if you are in need of a 3rd team.

Saya (Casual)

Saya (Casual): N/A 🡺 S
